sex and relationship education for young people

  • sex ed

Empower young people by providing them with accurate, inclusive, and judgment-free information about sex and sexual health. Support them in fostering a deeper understanding of consent, boundaries, body autonomy, and self-confidence. Teach them how to create a safer environment for discussions around intimacy. This workshop equips young people with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions, promoting healthier, more respectful sexual interactions and expectations.

  • relationship ed

Give young people the opportunity to learn how to create safe relationships from someone who specialises in exactly that! Allow me, a relationship therapist, to help students learn how to build healthy, safe, and respectful relationships by teaching essential communication and conflict-resolution skills. Let's support young people by giving them the tools to navigate romantic relationships in a healthy, safe a respectful way.

  • why me

I am an accredited Sexologist and Relationship Counsellor with a background in youth work. I have spent years working in crisis shelters for teens, facilitating relationship education workshops and groups for Relationships Australia NSW and have degrees in sexology, counselling, behavioural science, and public health.

I am also a published author with my book 'All In' being published by Penguin Random House in Jan 2025 and am a social media content creator with over 200k followers  (which often gives me street cred with young people).

I am passionate about inclusive sex-positive education and I know firsthand what happens when young people don't get the information they need - they seek it out online. So let's work together to give them credible, helpful, sex-positive, and inclusive information.
