Rapport is such an important part of therapy. Honestly, the relationship you have with your therapist greatly influences what you get out of therapy which is why it’s so important to choose a therapist you click with.
My approach is inclusive, supportive and interactive. I'm not a therapist who just sits and nods but rather I will engage with you, I will explore with you and I will guide you through activities and give you tools to support your growth. We will talk but we will also tune into your body.
I am trained in many different modalities but the truth is one of the reasons I got into this work is because of my own challenging experiences. I get it. I know how it awkward, scary and uncomfortable it can feel to navigate this stuff and not know where to seek support. It’s because of this that I am so passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, heard, seen and free to explore whatever it is you’re experiencing.

Sessions go for 50 minutes and are either in person in Sydney CBD, or online via Zoom. Once you book in via the link you will receive and email confirmation and consent form. The consent form just needs to be completed before the first session.
My approach is holistic, open, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I aim to create a safe space for you to explore and grow. Together, we'll develop a personalised plan to help you process and heal from the past, navigate challenges, build upon your relational skills, and work towards your goals.
It’s normal to be a little nervous before the first session. It can be daunting to talk about this stuff but I assure you, I will do everything I can to help you feel comfortable. We will go at a pace that feels good to you. The first session usually focuses on exploring what you’re looking for support with and sets some goals for our work together. From there, those goals will guide how we move forward in our sessions and what we focus on.
