all about therapy
-
Rapport is such an important part of therapy. Honestly, the relationship you have with your therapist greatly influences what you get out of therapy which is why it’s so important to choose a therapist you click with.
My approach is inclusive, supportive and interactive. I'm not a therapist who just sits and nods but rather I will engage with you, I will explore with you and I will guide you through activities and give you tools to support your growth.
I am trained in many different modalities but the truth is one of the reasons I got into this work is because of my own challenging experiences. I get it. I know how it awkward, scary and uncomfortable it can feel to navigate this stuff and not know where to seek support. It’s because of this that I am so passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, heard, seen and free to explore whatever it is you’re experiencing.

Individual and couple counselling sessions go for 50 minutes and are online via Zoom. Once you book in via the link you will receive and email confirmation and consent form. The consent form just needs to be completed before the first session.
It’s normal to be a little nervous before the session. It can be daunting to talk about this stuff but I assure you, I will do everything I can to help you feel comfortable. We will go at a pace that feels good to you. The first session usually focuses on exploring what you’re looking for support with and sets some goals for our work together. From there, those goals will guide how we move forward in our sessions and what we focus on.

all about sexology
-
Sexology is the scientific study of human sexuality. It explores everything related to sexual behaviours, experiences, sexual function, sexual health, pleasure, sexuality, libido, desire and gender.
-
As a Sexologist, I specialise in helping folks to navigate everything sex, sexuality and gender related. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental space where we can explore and address any concerns you have. Maybe you’re experiencing differences in desire with your partner, or are exploring your sexuality, or maybe you are wanting to build sexual self confidence and experience more pleasure, or maybe you’re struggling with sexual functioning. Whatever brings you here, I am here to support you.

Oh, and it’s a no touch service which might sound obvious as it’s online but it’s a common question so needs to be said regardless.
