Whether you want to grow personally, improve your relationships, or both, these sessions can help you make meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.

In our session, we work with your mind, emotions, behaviours, and your body to uncover what’s holding you back and map out practical strategies for moving forward. This is about creating real, embodied change, giving you actionable tools, and supporting you to thrive.

I know what it’s like to do all the “right” things (read the books, study therapy, understand the concepts) and still feel stuck. That was me for a long time. Which is why, when we work together, we won’t just focus on your thoughts. We’ll go deeper. This work draws on my expertise in behavioral science, psycho-sexology, and relationship education, while focusing on practical, results-oriented mentoring rather than therapy.

What each session involves:

What to expect during your 90-minute mentoring session

Each session is a space for clarity, truth, and movement. It’s a chance to pause, take a breath, and look at what’s really happening — what’s calling for your attention, what might be holding you back, and what’s ready to shift.

Each session is guided by where you are and what feels most alive in the moment. The session comprises of three parts.

1. Setting the Intention — What Do You Want From This Time?

We start by grounding into your intention for the session. What do you most want to explore or understand right now? What would feel meaningful to walk away with?

This first part helps us find focus so that our time together moves in the direction that matters most to you.

You’ll leave this part with:

  • A clear sense of what you want from the session

  • Alignment on where to place our attention

  • A grounded and intentional start

2. Exploring the Patterns and Stories Beneath the Surface

Here we slow down and listen to the patterns, beliefs, and stories that might be guiding you without your awareness. We look at what’s happening beneath the surface and how it is shaping how you see yourself and your world.

Often, the way forward becomes clear once we notice the old stories we’ve been carrying. This space is about gentle awareness, not judgment, simply seeing what’s there with honesty and compassion.

In this space, you might discover:

  • Repeating patterns that no longer serve you

  • Stories or beliefs that have shaped your choices

  • Clarity about what’s yours and what’s ready to be released

3. Refocusing and Moving Forward

From new clarity comes choice and movement. In the final part of our session, we gather the insights, listen for what feels true, and name the next small, grounded steps that align with what you want and who you are becoming.

You’ll leave with:

  • A renewed sense of focus and clarity

  • Practical next steps or small, meaningful actions

  • Confidence in your own direction and rhythm

Each mentoring session is a conversation with your deeper self. It’s a conversation that helps you come home to yourself, trust your own wisdom, and take the next step with ease and authenticity.

Each session concentrates on one clear goal or challenge. At the beginning of the first session, we will explore what you really want to get out of our work together, then we will plan the focus of the sessions accordingly.

Strategic

We explore the patterns, behaviors, and mindsets behind what’s holding you back, and design actionable strategies to move forward.

Embodied & Practical

It’s about more than thinking; we integrate practical exercises, reflection, and strategies that connect mind, body, and action.

This is a one-on-one, transformational mentoring session designed for people ready to step fully into themselves, grow personally, and enhance their relationships. The sessions provide a deep, focused space to explore and shift the patterns, habits, beliefs, and emotional blocks that have been holding you back.

We begin with where you are now. You don’t need to prepare except to have a goal or focus for our work together in mind.

We go inward: exploring your emotional landscape, unconscious patterns, relational history, and the blocks that might be getting in the way. We look at the “why” beneath what’s happening now, drawing from psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). You gain clarity on the “why” behind your challenges.

We shift toward actionable solutions and embodied understanding. Together, we create a roadmap, strategies, and tools to implement immediately, helping you create measurable progress in your life and relationships.

This is integrative and embodied work. And it changes everything.

MY APPROACH

  • Depth-Oriented

    This approach honors the unconscious—the parts of you that you may not fully understand yet. By exploring your inner world—the patterns, stories, defenses, behaviours, and beliefs shaped by your upbringing and relationships—you begin to see what’s been quietly running the show. When you bring awareness to these hidden layers, you gain the power to shift them, creating space for healthier choices, deeper levels of intimacy, and showing up in a way that is more authentic and aligned.

  • Goal Oriented

    This approach will help you get clear on what you want—whether it’s for yourself, your relationships, or both—and visualize how that ideal life feels. We will check in with your habits and patterns: are they helping you get there? We will unpack what’s keeping you stuck and start making intentional shifts toward creating the life you truly want. With gentle guidance and practical tools, you’ll discover how to navigate challenges with resilience, build your capacity, commit to creating the life you really want, and step into the fullest version of yourself.

  • Somatic

    Your body holds stories your mind can’t always access. We explore physical sensations, tensions, and breath, learning how to soothe your nervous system and create safety in the body. This will support you to move past the blocks that keep you stuck and to create the experience you truly want.
