Intensive 1-on-1 Coaching is a focused, results-driven coaching experience designed to help you tackle specific challenges, patterns, or blocks in your life and relationships. Unlike standard coaching or weekly sessions, these intensive sessions provide a concentrated, high-impact space for clarity, insight, and meaningful progress.

In these sessions, we work with your mind, emotions, behaviors, and your body to uncover what’s holding you back and map out practical strategies for moving forward. This is about creating real, embodied change, giving you actionable tools and support to thrive.

I know what it’s like to do all the “right” things (read the books, study therapy, understand the concepts) and still feel stuck. That was me for a long time. Which is why, when we work together, we won’t just focus on your thoughts. We’ll go deeper. WHAT TO EXPECT

If you’ve tried standard coaching or self-help strategies and still feel stuck, this intensive format may be the solution.

Intensive 1-on-1 Coaching is:

  1. Focused – Each session concentrates on one clear goal or challenge.

  2. Strategic – We explore the patterns, behaviors, and mindsets behind what’s holding you back, and design actionable strategies to move forward.

  3. Embodied & Practical – It’s about more than thinking; we integrate practical exercises, reflection, and strategies that connect mind, b,ody and action.

how sessions work:

We begin with where you are now. You don’t need to prepare except to have a goal or focus for the session in mind.

First Half: We explore the patterns, behaviors, and mindset blocks that may be getting in your way. You gain clarity on the “why” behind your challenges.

Second Half: We shift toward actionable solutions and embodied understanding. Together, we create a roadmap, strategies, and tools to implement immediately, helping you create measurable progress in your life and relationships.

This approach is:

1. Depth-Oriented
This approach honours the unconscious—the parts of you that you may not fully understand yet. We look at your inner world: patterns, stories, defenses, behavious, and beliefs shaped by your upbringing and relationships. Together, we work to uncover what's been hidden, repressed, or disconnected.

2. Somatic
Your body holds stories your mind can’t always access. We explore physical sensations, tensions, and breath, learning how to soothe your nervous system and create safety in the body.

3. Holistic
We will explore and connect with all the different “parts” of you to better understand their roles. It may be that you have a strong inner critic, perfectionist, people-pleaser, or protective parts of youou getting in the way of your growth. In this space, we gently unblend from those parts and begin to meet your Self, the real you.

The goal is not to simply give you coping strategies to manage your day-to-day issues, but rather, to help you truly heal on a deep level and experience lasting change.

This is integrative and embodied work. And it changes everything.
