  • I offer two types of therapy.

    1) I offer sex and relationship therapy to individuals, couples, and folks in all relationship structures online across Australia and in-person in the Sydney CBD.

    2) I offer intensive depth therapy. Intensive Depth Therapy is a two-hour, immersive session that blends depth psychotherapy and somatic IFS to explore the roots of emotional patterns, blocks, and relational struggles. Each session is a spacious dive into both the past and the present—uncovering the "why" and creating space for embodied clarity, integration, and forward movement.

Hi I’m Lucille (She/Her) I am a queer, cis woman living in Sydney.

Professionally, I am a Counsellor, Psycho-Sexologist, Behavioural Scientist, Educator and Author.

Personally, I am a nature lover, cat owner and am incredibly passionate about providing free and inclusive education on sex and relationships.

I currently have two services I offer:

  1. I offer sex and relationship therapy to individuals, couples, and folks in all relationship structures online across Australia and in-person in the Sydney CBD. Whether you’re keen to explore sex, dating, relationships, or simply have a safe space to focus on yourself and your growth, I am here to support you.

  2. I offer Intensive Depth Therapy to individuals, which is a two-hour intensive session that blends depth psychotherapy and somatic IFS to explore the roots of emotional patterns, blocks, and relational struggles. Each session invites you to move beyond the surface to connect with the deeper layers of your psyche and body. It’s a spacious dive into both the past and the present—uncovering the "why" and creating space for embodied clarity, integration, and forward movement. Ideal for those who feel stuck, disconnected, or who haven’t found value in talk therapy alone, this process helps you connect with both your mind and your body.
