A little about me…

…I’m a Therapist-turned-Mentor, Psycho-Sexologist, Behavioural Scientist, and Author based in Sydney. My obsession? What makes love work — and why it so often doesn’t.

After years of clinical practice (and four degrees later), I’ve seen the same truth over and over: People don’t get stuck because they don’t know what to do — they get stuck because their systems keep pulling them back into what’s familiar.

My work blends psychology, attachment theory, neuroscience, somatics, and Internal Family Systems — all grounded in a no-BS, deeply human approach.

What to expect during your 90-minute mentoring session

Each session is a space to pause, gain clarity, and create movement in your relationship. It’s a chance to look honestly at the patterns that have been running the show—what’s holding you back, what keeps repeating, and what’s ready to shift.

Every session is guided by where you are and what’s alive for you in the moment. While each session is unique, we work through three core areas:

1. Setting the Intention — What Do You Want From The Session?

We start by grounding into your intention. What’s the one thing that, if explored or understood today, would make a real difference in your relationship? What do you most want to walk away with?

This step sets the tone, giving our time focus and direction. You’ll leave this part with:

  • A clear sense of your goal for the session

  • Alignment on where to focus your attention

  • A grounded, intentional start

2. Exploring the Patterns Keeping You Stuck

Next, we slow down and look at the stories, beliefs, and habits that have been quietly shaping your choices in love. We explore the patterns you keep repeating—without judgment, just awareness—so you can start to see what’s actually running the show in your relationship.

Here, you might discover:

  • The patterns that are keeping you stuck and why you keep engaging in them

  • Old stories or beliefs influencing your decisions

  • How your attachment style or coping strategies are showing up

By understanding what’s really holding you back, we can design strategies that actually work—practical steps that move you toward the love, connection, and self-respect you want.

Embodied & Practical. This isn’t just about thinking differently—it’s about feeling, practising, and showing up differently. We combine reflection, somatic awareness, and practical exercises so that insights translate into action. You leave the session with tools you can use immediately to break old patterns and start stepping into new ways of relating and choosing.

Mentoring is a deep, one-on-one space to explore the “why” behind your patterns—your relational history, unconscious habits, and emotional blocks—and move toward the “how”: actionable, embodied, and real change.

You don’t need to prepare, other than bringing your goal or focus. We’ll start where you are, go deep into what’s really running the show, and finish with a clear roadmap to help you create measurable shifts in your dating life, relationships, and self-expression.

Bringing awareness to these hidden layers gives you the power to shift them, creating space to attract people who truly fit your life, build deeper intimacy, and show up in love with authenticity, worth and confidence.

  • Goal Oriented

    This approach is about getting crystal clear on what you truly want in love and creating relationships that reflect your worth. It’s for those who are done settling, people-pleasing, and repeating patterns that leave them frustrated or heartbroken. Together, we’ll examine your relational habits and patterns: which ones are serving you, and which ones are keeping you stuck. You’ll learn to set boundaries, raise your standards, and embody self-respect, self-trust, and confidence in your love life. Whether in individual sessions or group mentoring, you’ll gain the clarity, tools, and support to stop chasing, start choosing, and finally engage in relationships in a way that matches your life, your values, and your worth.

  • Somatic

    Your body holds the stories your mind can’t always reach. By tuning into sensations, breath, and tension, we learn how to calm your nervous system, create safety, and release the blocks that keep you repeating old patterns in dating and relationships. This somatic awareness supports you to step out of old relational habits, show up more fully, and experience love in a way that feels embodied, grounded, and safe.

  • This group program is specifically for those who are done chasing, people-pleasing, and settling for the bare minimum in love. Chosen is a hands-on, science-backed group mentoring program where you get the tools, structure, and support to understand your patterns finally — so you can stop showing up the same way, stop chasing people who aren’t right for you, and start confidently choosing the relationships that truly make sense for your life. All sessions are via Zoom in English.

  • This is a one-on-one, transformational approach designed for people ready to step fully into themselves, grow personally, and enhance their relationships. Each session provides a deep, focused space to explore and shift the patterns, habits, beliefs, and emotional blocks that have been holding you back.

    Each session is 90-minutes and is held online via Zoom. There is no fixed number of sessions you need to book or engage in. Have one, or more it’s totally guided by you.

  • While therapy focuses on healing past wounds, processing trauma, and resolving psychological challenges, this mentorship is forward-focused and growth-oriented. It’s designed to help you understand your patterns, gain clarity, and take intentional action in your life and relationships.

    Unlike traditional therapy, which often revolves around exploring past experiences, the mentorship is practical, goal-driven, and transformational, combining self-discovery, somatic work, mindset work, and actionable strategies to create lasting change.

    This is specifically for people who have done therapy, understand their patterns but still just cannot seem to shift them. They get it on an intellectual level, but can’t seem to get the change they really want. That was me, and that is why I have created this offering.
